CE Course Description:

Sexual Harassment in the Workplace is a general course for employees of any company. The course covers legal definitions of sexual harassment, gives examples of acceptable and unacceptable workplace behavior, and how to respond to sexual harassment as a target or a bystander. It also discusses risk factors that lead to higher rates of sexual harassment and explains the importance of awareness in preventing sexual harassment.

  2. Analyze workplace situations to determine whether or not they meet the criteria of sexual harassment.
  3. Know what to do if they witness or experience sexual harassment.
